Job summary

Qualifications

• RN scope includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Experience coordinating care across inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Proficiency documenting and communicating patient information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during Endoscopy procedures and post-procedure care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
