Job summary

St. Luke's Health–The Vintage Hospital in Houston hires an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating care while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. RN license in TX is required, as well as CPR and ACLS certification within stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• TX RN license upon hire.
• CPR within 14 days and ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and daily care planning.
• Design and document plans of care with goals.
• Physically, psychologically, and spiritually prepare patients for procedures.
• Reassess and modify care based on patient needs and physician input.
• Give thorough bedside reports to oncoming staff for continuity.
• Maintain safe patient care environment and address hazards.
