Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy department at the New Brunswick campus. This Day shift position features four 10-hour shifts (7AM–5:30PM) with weekend/holiday rotations and occasional on-call coverage, in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has an RN with ASN/ Diploma (BSN within 5 years), 3–5 years of critical care experience, 2–3 years Endoscopy, NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• RN with ASN or Nursing Diploma; BSN to be completed within 5 years of hire
• 3–5 years of RN experience in critical care
• Endoscopy experience of 2–3 years required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and ensure safety and ethical standards
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members and collaborate with other care providers
• Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with measurable outcomes
