Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy department at the New Brunswick campus.

The position features a day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 40 hours a week across four 10-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotations and on-call coverage. Requires ASN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred within 5 years), 3–5 years in critical care, and 2–3 years Endoscopy experience, plus BLS/ACLS and NJ RN license.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma - BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
• At least 3-5 years of RN experience in critical care required
• Endoscopy experience – At least 2 - 3 Years required

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse provides care within the nursing process and ensures safety and adherence to standards.
• Supervises and directs task delegation to team members and collaborates with other care providers, prioritizing patient needs.
