Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy department at the New Brunswick campus. The role involves day shifts, 40 hours per week, with weekend/holiday rotations and on-call coverage as needed.

Required are ASN/ Nursing Diploma with 3–5 years of ICU/critical care RN experience and 2–3 years Endoscopy experience. BLS/ACLS and New Jersey RN license are required.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred or to be completed within 5 years.
• 3–5 years RN experience in critical care required.
• Endoscopy experience preferred (2–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Endoscopy per Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Supervise and direct delegation to team members; prioritize care.
• Communicate safety issues and ensure continuous professional development.
