Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy department at the New Brunswick campus. The day shift runs 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with 40 hours per week, including weekends/holidays rotations and on-call coverage at times.

The role requires 3–5 years of critical care RN experience and 2–3 years in Endoscopy, with ASN or Nursing Diploma and potential BSN completion within 5 years. BLS/ACLS and NJ RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ASN or Nursing Diploma; BSN within 5 years preferred
• 3–5 years RN experience in critical care required
• Endoscopy experience 2–3 years required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Endoscopy per Nurse Practice Act and standards
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and outcomes
