Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification may be required.
• BSN preferred depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop individualized care plans and discharge plans.
• Mentor and guide junior staff where needed.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
