Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current MA nursing license to practice professional nursing.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• ED/ER or Critical Care experience preferred; ACLS certification required.
• Telemetry experience required; critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with organized plans and culturally competent care.
• Deliver age-appropriate care and assess patients and families.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other health professionals.
• Delegate and supervise in accordance with MA Nurse Practice Act and unit policies.
• Engage in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities.
