Job summary

Blue River Surgery Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse to plan, deliver and evaluate intraoperative nursing care for surgical and GI patients. You will serve as circulator or scrub, coordinating room activity and ensuring safe transitions between procedures.

Required: Nursing Diploma with RN license or compact licensure, BCLS on employment, ACLS as needed; CNOR/SGNA certification preferred; minimum 2 years OR experience in ambulatory settings is ideal.

Qualifications

• RN license required or appropriate compact licensure.
• BCLS certification upon employment; online certification not acceptable.
• ACLS as required by facility.
• CNOR/SGNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee instrument and equipment set-up and act as the circulator.
• Coordinate the room during a case as the circulator and ensure smooth transitions between procedures.
• Utilize and update preference cards for procedures.
