Job summary

Lee’s Summit Surgicenter, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Registered Endoscopy Nurse for a PRN role. You will support surgical and GI patients, lead the circulator, and ensure safe nursing care throughout intra-operative care.

You will rely on your RN licensure, BCLS, and ACLS as required, with CNOR/SGNA preferred. Two years in an OR setting is expected, preferably in ambulatory surgery.

Qualifications

• RN license required or compact licensure.
• BCLS certification required at employment (online cert not acceptable).
• ACLS as required by facility.
• CNOR/SGNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee instrument and equipment setup for procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee the room during a case as the circulator.
• Facilitate efficient transitions between procedures.
• Utilize and update preference cards for procedures.
