Renown Health is seeking an Endoscopy RN for the Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will provide pre/post procedure nursing care, document assessments, and coordinate care with the care team to ensure safety, quality, and high patient satisfaction.

You will follow Nevada Board standards and the ANA Code of Ethics, while supporting Renown Health policies in a fast-paced ASC setting.

Formación

• Working-level knowledge of English (reading/writing/speaking)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field preferred
• RN license in State of Nevada required
• New graduates considered; prior endoscopy experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to use computer-based training and forms

Responsabilidades

• Functions as Pre/Post Procedural RN in ASC (80% time)
• Admit/discharge patients following standard protocols
• Assess and prioritize patient needs and develop plans of care
• Record medical history and assessments in medical record
• Educate patients and families on GI symptoms and diagnoses
• Delegate as needed within interdisciplinary team
• Maintain knowledge of ASC nursing practices and safety protocols
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives
