Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• At least 1 year of ICU, ED or telemetry RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs age-specific plan of care using nursing process and coordinates with physicians and health team.
• Interviews patients, reviews charts, assesses GI, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal and neurological status, and pain levels.
• Develops care plan, documents outcomes, and communicates with family and care team.
