Job summary

Orlando Health's Endoscopy unit at Bayfront Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a registered nurse to administer patient care in a high-acuity environment. You will work with a highly trained team to stabilize and support complex medical conditions, often with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio.

Responsibilities include critical assessments, rapid responses to life-threatening changes, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop and revise individualized care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Florida RN license current or valid eNLC.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification current.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced nursing skills in high-acuity care.
• Performs complex assessments and monitors critical equipment.
• Responds to life-threatening events per protocol.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-disciplinary team.
• Maintains compliance with Orlando Health policies.
