Job summary

Mass General Brigham is hiring a Patient Care Assistant in the Endoscopy unit. Under licensed personnel, you assist patients with daily living activities and help with vitals, temperature, blood pressure, and respiration; you support room turnover and infection control.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma; BLS/ CMA/ EMT preferred; 1-2 years patient care experience; strong communication and EMR skills; 40-hour daytime shifts in Boston.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• Massachusetts EMS/MA CNA/EMT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Measures and records vital signs.
• Completes medical record documentation.
• Assists with patient transfers and positioning.
