Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness and smooth information flow for exceptional patient care. You will anticipate device needs, adjust settings, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with OR staff to deliver seamless procedures.

The role requires flexibility with rotating shifts, on-call, and occasional travel to other accounts, with a focus on maintaining equipment uptime and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts, and arrive within 45 minutes on call.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Visual acuity, color vision, mobility, and dexterity to manage equipment and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with independent decision-making under pressure.
• Clear explanation and adherence to guidelines and procedures.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel and cover other accounts, including occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Clean/disinfect towers and components, restock consumables, and perform basic maintenance.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity where applicable.
