Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness and timely device adjustments. You will troubleshoot issues, document usage, and collaborate with biomedical staff to ensure a seamless operating room experience.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or associate’s degree and 1+ year in clinical support or sterile workflow. Occasional travel to support multiple accounts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, sterile workflow operations, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure readiness before each procedure.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain documentation including procedure information, equipment usage, and performance metrics.
• Stay current on Stryker equipment and educate staff on product use.
• Follow safety, facility, and privacy standards including patient confidentiality.
