Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness and seamless procedures. You will manage and maintain instruments, anticipate device needs, and help minimize downtime across ORs.

The role requires flexibility for on-call duties, travel to accounts, and collaboration with SPD, surgeons, and biomedical staff to ensure top-tier patient care. A healthcare background with sterile processing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams to deliver service.
• Maintain accurate documentation including equipment usage and monthly metrics.
• Stay current through ongoing training on Stryker equipment and educate clinical staff on product use.
