Job summary

Mercy Hospital - Oklahoma City (W Memorial Rd) is seeking a Part Time, PRN LPN to join the Endoscopy team. You will care for endoscopy patients under RN supervision during pre-op, procedure, and recovery phases, and assist with devices and high-level disinfection.

The role offers rotation between inpatient endoscopy and the new outpatient digestive health institute, with opportunities to work closely with physicians and a caring, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN license must be current in the hiring state.
• BLS certification, ACLS preferred or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Care for endoscopy patients under RN direction during pre-op, procedure and recovery.
• Assist physicians during endoscopy procedures and maintain high-level disinfection in the Scope Room.
• Rotate between inpatient endoscopy and outpatient digestive health institute.
• Assist with endoscopy devices and endoscopes.
