Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote and sell Endoscopy products within approved indications. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) required.
• 2–5 years in an outside sales position (medical field preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Must communicate with large groups and via phone/email.
• Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
• Must drive a car and negotiate price/terms.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
• Fundamental product knowledge and ability to disseminate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings following guidelines.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Solve customer problems expeditiously.
• May assist in training sales personnel.
• Manage, maintain and complete reports about product inventory.
• Operate software like Microsoft Office and Oracle Sales Information System.
