Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in Tulsa is seeking a Senior Endoscopy Department Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple procedure rooms and related pre- and post-operative services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while supporting system-wide initiatives.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team of 25–30 FTEs, optimize workflows, contribute to program development, and assist budgeting and workforce planning to meet organizational goals.
