Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. You will train staff, troubleshoot issues, and act as the primary clinical resource for the sales team in the region.

You will partner with physicians, reprocessing staff, technicians, and nurses to maintain equipment, improve workflows, and deliver data-driven insights. Occasional travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; experience in advanced therapeutic procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and manage assigned accounts.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video towers/systems; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions; perform root-cause analysis.
• Deliver data-driven insights and weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
