Qualifications

• Endodontist board-certified or eligible.
• Endodontic residency certificate.

• CPR, DEA, and NPI licenses as applicable.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality endodontic care to patients.
• Partner with general dentists for referrals.
• Maintain care within an established patient base and referrals from General Dentists.
• Support two Gentle Dental practices in Surprise and Avondale, AZ.
• Contribute to a PPO-based practice with flexible scheduling.
