The practice features a PPO-focused, comprehensive dental office with referrals from general dentists and a focus on clinical autonomy, team empowerment, and work-life balance within the InterDent family.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Endodontic residency certificate required.
• Current state dental license or ability to obtain by employment.
• CPR, DEA, NPI licenses are a plus.

$25,000 signing bonus

• Flexible part-time for the right candidate


• Direct referrals from several General Dentists


• Predominantly PPO practice

Schedule

• 4 days a month


• 2 days a month in Avondale and 2 days in Laveen

Position Qualifications
