Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time or full-time Endodontist for our Avondale/Laveen, Arizona practice. A $25,000 signing bonus is offered. This role is part of the InterDent family, with a PPO-based practice and production-based compensation.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD required and licensed to practice in Arizona
• Endodontic residency certificate required
• Current applicable State Dental License (or ability to acquire by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality endodontic care
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists
• Maintain patient-focused approach and adhere to clinical autonomy and team empowerment
