Gentle Dental in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to join a mission-driven team within the InterDent family. The practice offers a supportive culture, clinical autonomy, and emphasis on work-life balance as part of a broad West Coast network.

We provide a collaborative in-house specialty support, PPO-centric patient mix, and compensation based on production experience. Relocation assistance and state license reimbursement are available for candidates relocating to the area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience required.
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment).
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI.

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice

Schedule:

• 5 days a week
• Monday – Friday
• Fridays and some Saturdays Required
