Gentle Dental in Arizona is seeking a Part-time or Full-Time Endodontist for our practices in Laveen and Avondale. A $25,000 signing bonus is offered to the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible endodontist.
• Endodontic residency completion is required.
• Graduated from an accredited dental school.
• Current applicable state dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
• CPR, DEA, and NPI licenses or certifications are preferred.

• Flexible part-time for the right candidate
• Direct referrals from several General Dentists
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office

Schedule

• 4 days a month
• 2 days a month in Avondale and 2 days in Laveen

Position Qualifications
