Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Current applicable State Dental License or ability to acquire one.
• Other licenses such as CPR, DEA, NPI needed.
• CPR/DEA/NPI or equivalent licenses where applicable.
• Typical 1 year of experience preferred.

$25,000 signing bonus

Position Details

• Flexible part-time for the right candidate
• Direct referrals from several General Dentists
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
  • 50% of production

Schedule

• 2 days a month
• Additional days may be available in Prescott, Avondale and Surprise
