Tacoma Smiles Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience and to help create a Patient for Life. You will perform patient care, office, and lab duties, ensuring a cheerful, sterile environment and effective collaboration with the front and back office.

The role emphasizes active listening, reliability, and communication to contribute to high-quality dental treatment and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced practice.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification/licensure as mandated by state.
• Experience in dental office beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clinicians and prepare patients for examination.
• Support PPE by ensuring patient comfort and addressing needs.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front desk for scheduling.
• Maintain sterile operatory and sterilize instruments per guidelines.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral images as directed by clinicians.
• Prepare tray setups and manage supplies in each operatory.
• Document patient charts and clinician notes in the digital system.
• Assist with treatment records, consents, and health history.
