West Olympia Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will prepare patients, assist with procedures, keep the operatory sterile, and help manage radiographs and supplies across multiple offices as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-mandated training for certification/licensure.
• Must possess state-required certificates/licenses and be travel-ready for specialty duties.
• Specialty dental assistants may require additional training and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clinicians with dental procedures and prep patients for examination.
• Maintain a clean, sterile operatory and prepare radiographs as directed.
• Support PPE initiatives and ensure efficient patient flow between front and clinical areas.
• Care for equipment, arrange tray setups, and manage supplies for operatory readiness.
• Record patient information and communicate treatment plans with clinicians.
