The Endodontic Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice. You will support the Dentist with comfort-focused care and help manage patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization, and a high school diploma with a relevant certificate. Nitrous certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of proven experience as dental assistant, specialty preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• High school diploma and dental assistant certification (if required by law).
• Active state radiology license (if required by law).
• Nitrous certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office and ensuring comfort.
• Preparing patients for treatment and assisting with 4-handed dentistry.
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining clean, stocked rooms.
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
