Specialty1 Partners in Frisco, TX seeks a talented Dental Assistant to support a busy endodontic practice. You will assist with patient care, instrument setup, sterilization, and four-handed dentistry, while helping the dentist deliver a smooth, comfortable visit.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of dental assisting experience, knowledge of sterilization methods and health & safety regulations, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant, specialty is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office.
• Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort.
• Selecting and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Sterilizing instruments according to regulations.
• Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
