Field Endodontics, a busy specialty practice, is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join the team. You will support the dentist with 4-handed dentistry, maintain patient comfort, and manage records and tasks to ensure a world-class patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of dental assistant experience, a Texas RDA license, knowledge of sterilization, and strong communication. This role offers competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of proven dental assistant experience; specialty preferred.
• Active Texas RDA license and, if required by law, radiology license.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods; health & safety regulations.

• Prepares patients for treatment and ensures comfort.
• Selects and sets up instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Sterilizes instruments according to regulations.
• Assists dentist through 4-handed dentistry.

• Schedules appointments and post-op visits.
• Maintains accurate patient records.
• Assists with payment procedures.
• Coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
