Ayik & Berto - The Endodontic Group - Frisco is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice. You will support the dentist with 4‑hand dentistry, patient comfort, and administrative tasks to ensure a world-class patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dental assisting experience, knowledge of instruments and sterilization, and a strong focus on safety and patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant, specialty preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office and preparing them for treatment.
• Ensuring patient comfort and answering questions during visits.
• Selecting and setting up instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Sterilizing instruments according to regulations.
• Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Keeping the dental room clean and well-stocked.
• Scheduling appointments and post-op visits.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Assisting with payment procedures.
