Field Endodontics in Plano, TX is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join a busy specialty practice. You will support the dentist, manage patient comfort, and handle essential chairside and front-desk tasks to maintain a smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of dental assisting experience, a Texas RDA license if required, familiarity with sterilization and infection control, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven dental assistant experience, specialty preferred.
• Active Texas RDA license (where required by law).
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
• High school diploma and required permits/certificates.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming patients and ensuring comfort.
