The Endodontic Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice. You will support the dentist with 4-handed dentistry, prepare patients, manage instruments and supplies, and help maintain a smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of dental assistant experience, knowledge of sterilization and safety regulations, and strong communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• : Minimum 1+ years experience as dental assistant; specialty preferred
• : Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• : Understanding of health & safety regulations
• : Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks
• : Strong communication and people skills
• : High attention to detail and reliability
• : Comfortable with long periods of standing/sitting and clinical positioning
• : Nitrous certified (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients to the dental office and prepares them for treatment
• Assists dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Selects/setup instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Sterilizes instruments per regulations
• Maintains patient records and assists with payments
• Schedules appointments and follow-ups
• Keeps dental room clean and well-stocked
• Coordinates other office tasks as needed
