Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• New Jersey State Nursing License and BLS certification required.

• Experience with EHR, Practice Management System and other department systems preferred.
• Experience with standard office equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician and staff with daily coordination of patient care and physician access.
• Function as liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and document in EHR.
• Obtain vital signs and administer injections per protocol.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals in PMS/EHR.
• Adhere to universal safety precautions and maintain accurate medication lists.

Education

Associates degree required

BLS certification required
