• 5+ years health care or medical practice experience required.
• 2–3 years supervisory or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of team members within practice(s) and ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction in collaboration with the dyad partner.
• Train team members and act as liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations.
• Manage charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and staffing.
• Monitor team performance and development and ensure policy adherence.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or related area

5+ years of health care or medical practice experience
