Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of DEA number and ability to obtain controlled substance license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in Endocrinology.
• Provide direct clinical care and manage health outcomes for patient population.
• Prescribe medications and order tests per clinical privileges.
• Educate patients and families; document in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals; participate in quality improvement.
