KingRecruitingServices is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient group on Long Island. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time, Monday–Friday with no on-call duties.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders, creating individualized plans, and collaborating with physicians. Requires BSN/MSN, NYS RN & NP licenses, BLS, board certification, and 8+ years of NP experience.

Formación

• BSN and MSN from accredited nursing school.
• Trained in Endocrinology.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
• 8+ years experience as a NP

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions and related diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients about diagnoses and options.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation and coordinate care with teams.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams for seamless care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses and support staff.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS and payer guidelines.
• Contribute to growth of a sustainable patient panel.
