Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for a 100% outpatient practice on Long Island. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, 100% outpatient, with no on-call responsibilities.

The role requires BSN and MSN with Endocrinology training, NYS RN and NP licenses, BLS, and board certification. The position supports practice growth and offers a highly competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school
• Trained in Endocrinology
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified
• 8+ years experience as a NP

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care
• Diagnose and treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, infertility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed
• Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists and staff
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS and payer guidelines
• Contribute to sustainable patient panel growth
