Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for outpatient care on Long Island. The position offers flexibility as part time or full time, with no on-call requirements and Monday–Friday hours.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders, developing customized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. 100% outpatient with opportunities for growth and leadership in a physician-led group.

Qualifications

BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
Trained in Endocrinology.
NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
8+ years experience as a NP.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, and infertility.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR system.
Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
