The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for a well-established physician-led group in Long Island, NY. This 100% outpatient role offers flexible hours with part-time or full-time options and a compensation range of $200K–$300K per year.

The NP will diagnose and treat endocrine conditions, document in EMR, and collaborate with physicians and care teams. Requirements include NYS RN/NP license, BSN/MSN, board certification, and 8+ years of NP experience.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Trained in Endocrinology.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
• 8+ years experience as a NP

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, and infertility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
