Job summary
RRC Solutions Group seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join a 100% outpatient practice on Long Island. Roles include diagnosing and treating diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal issues with flexible hours and both part-time and full-time options.
The ideal candidate has an NP with BSN and MSN, NYS RN/NP license, and 8+ years of experience, plus strong communication and team skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive compensation is offered.
Qualifications
- BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing program are required.
- NYS RN & NP license, BLS certification and board certification are required.
- 8+ years experience as a nurse practitioner in endocrinology is expected.
- Familiarity with EMR and value-based care metrics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions including diabetes and thyroid disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide patient education and clear communication about options and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and coordinate with care teams.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure cohesive patient care.
