Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-led group on Long Island. This 100% outpatient practice handles diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances and infertility with flexible hours and no on-call requirements.

The role emphasizes independent clinical leadership, collaboration with physicians, and oversight of nurses and support staff, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and value-based metrics. 8+ years NP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Trained in Endocrinology.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
• 8+ years experience as a NP

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism), hormone imbalances, and infertility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
