Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and ability to multi-task.
• Effective oral and written communication; adheres to Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop and evaluate care plans.
• Plan of care with continuity for patients.
• Coordinate and deliver safe, ethical nursing care.
• Document care accurately in the EHR (EPIC).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care team.
• Provide patient education using teach-back method.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
