Qualifications

• Minnesota RN license required and maintained.
• Current BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• No online-only courses accepted.
• Ambulatory nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage for patient calls, messages, and walk‑in needs.
• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, injections, immunizations, and clinical support.
• Identify and address care gaps between visits.
• Collaborate closely with providers and clinic team members.
• Provide culturally responsive patient education and follow‑up.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
