Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group in the Greater Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana area. This full-time, outpatient-focused role offers collaboration with a high-tech hospital and EPIC EHR with AI enhancements.

Board-certified or eligible in Endocrinology with fellowship training is required. Indiana license or eligibility is necessary to practice in this state, with competitive compensation and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic health.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and health system quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong, long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning.
