Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, near the Greater Chicagoland area.

You will provide outpatient endocrine care for adults, perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA as needed, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using EPIC EHR with AI enhancements. This role supports work-life balance in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).
• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient evaluation and management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships with individualized care planning.
