Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.

You will provide outpatient evaluation and management for diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and metabolic health, perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using an EPIC EHR with AI features.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).
• Strong interest in managing complex endocrinology cases with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic health.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary network of primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and health system quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong, long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning.
