SourcePro Search, LLC seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician‑led group in Northwest Indiana, about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, offering a busy outpatient subspecialty practice with high‑tech hospital infrastructure and strong work‑life balance.

The role includes EPIC EHR with AI‑driven documentation, collaboration with physicians and APPs, and a competitive package with a sign‑on bonus, six weeks of PTO, robust benefits, and CME support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible within 90–120 days).
• Interest in managing complex endocrinology cases with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis and management of adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with PCPs, surgeons, bariatric specialists and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build strong provider–patient relationships with individualized care plans.
